Replyco is a help desk for online sellers whose tickets come in from marketplaces as much as from their own shop. It pulls Amazon, eBay, Etsy, OTTO Market and Kaufland messages into one inbox next to shop email, social DMs and its own live chat, and it sits inside comrce GmbH's software hub. If your support day goes on logging in and out of seller portals, that is the problem it is built for. If your support runs through a single Shopify store, the case for it is weaker.

What it does

  • One inbox for marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, OTTO Market, Kaufland), shop systems (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento), messengers (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp), Gmail or other email, and Replyco's own live-chat widget
  • Marketplace-specific handling: eBay case management, Amazon and eBay feedback management, and Amazon SLA response times treated as a first-class concern
  • Order data in the ticket. The homepage FAQ's own example of this, tracking number and product details, assumes Replyco is connected to Billbee
  • The homepage says returns and refunds can be handled directly, but does not say on which platforms or with what limits
  • Templates with placeholders that fill in the customer name or tracking number
  • Rules to auto-archive spam and plain status notifications, plus ticket assignment, prioritisation, tags, advanced filters and automated replies
  • Translation and AI-assisted sorting, plus built-in reporting on team performance
  • Missing: no phone or SMS channel, and no customer-facing help center, appears in the channel list on the homepage

Pricing at a glance

  • Contact sales for figures: Replyco's pricing page at /pricing/ returned 404 when we checked, and we have not yet read the live pricing table, so no price is published here
  • Billing basis not confirmed: the homepage FAQ quotes rates "per month" but does not say whether they are billed monthly or annually
  • Two pricing models, per the homepage FAQ. Ticket-based plans have unlimited user accounts and charge per ticket above the allowance. User-based plans have unlimited tickets and a per-user fee that drops in three bands from 1-3 users up to 15
  • 16 or more users on the user-based model: individual pricing, contact sales
  • One number in three currencies: Replyco says its prices are the same figure in EUR, USD and GBP whatever the exchange rate, so a UK store pays the dollar number in pounds
  • Billbee customers get Replyco free with Billbee's Growth package (we did not check Billbee's own prices)
  • 30-day free trial, no credit card, ends on its own instead of rolling into a paid plan
  • The choice that matters: per-ticket pricing with unlimited users suits a team that hires temps for Q4, while per-user pricing with unlimited tickets suits a small team with heavy volume. Work out your peak month on both before you pick

AI pricing (not published)

  • The homepage sells "AI-supported customer service" but none of the pages we read gives an AI price, an allowance, or says whether AI comes with every plan
  • What it does, per the homepage: sorts incoming messages and sits alongside translation and tagging
  • Not verified: whether the AI writes or sends replies by itself, or takes any action on an order. The demo video's "digital agent" and "autopilot" chapters do not say whether that is AI or rule-based automation
  • Ask before the trial ends whether AI is metered, and what happens to the bill if it is

Before you commit

  • Get the live pricing table, with the billing basis, in writing. We could not read it ourselves
  • If you do not use Billbee, check in the trial which order fields you can see in a ticket for each of your shop and marketplace connections. The FAQ's example of order data relies on Billbee
  • The site is German first, with an English version at /en. Check that support and documentation come in your team's language
  • A data processing agreement (AVV) is linked from the footer. We did not find hosting location, security certifications, an uptime figure or a status page on the pages we read
  • No phone channel is listed, so phone support would sit in a separate tool

Who should buy

  • Sellers working three or more marketplaces at once, especially German and EU marketplaces such as OTTO Market and Kaufland
  • Teams spending real time on eBay cases and Amazon feedback, who want those in the same queue as email and chat
  • Billbee users, since Replyco comes with the Growth package

Who should skip it

  • Phone-first support teams
  • Single-store Shopify brands that want AI to cancel or edit orders, because nothing on the pages we read shows Replyco's AI taking order actions
  • Buyers who need hosting location, certifications and an uptime commitment documented before signing
  • B2B teams with named accounts and contract SLAs

How we checked this

Everything in this profile comes from Replyco's homepage (https://www.replyco.io), read on 2026-10-07, including its FAQ. Replyco's pricing URL (https://www.replyco.io/pricing/) returned 404 the same day. In this pass we did not read the German pricing page (/preise), the AI feature page, the legal notice (Impressum) or any status page. That is why prices are held at "Contact sales" and HQ, founding year, AI pricing and security posture are marked unverified rather than filled in. The homepage FAQ does contain plan figures. We will publish them only once they match the rendered pricing page and the billing basis is confirmed. No review-site text was used.
