ReplyDesk is a multichannel help desk for online sellers, and it is built around the marketplace more than the storefront. Its integrations menu puts eBay, Amazon, Etsy and Walmart ahead of Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, and the free plan already handles eBay cases, returns and refunds. A brand that sells only on Shopify has less reason to choose it. A seller running three or four marketplaces next to their own store is the customer it was built for.

What it does

  • One inbox for marketplace, store, email and social messages. The integrations menu lists eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
  • Full buyer order information in every ticket, with order actions listed on every plan, including the free one
  • Disputes, returns and refunds handled inside the help desk. The free plan names eBay cases, returns and refunds specifically
  • The free plan includes saved replies, tags, snooze, labels and folders, inbox rules, @mentions, user permissions and collision detection
  • Automatic routing to the right agent, automation rules, and automatic follow-up and feedback-request emails
  • Professional adds auto responders, auto messages, SLAs, agent and workflow insights, feedback alerts and reminders, a resolution center and an orders manager
  • Missing: the pages we read list no phone channel, live chat widget, help center or WhatsApp

Pricing at a glance

  • Essential: free, 1 agent, unlimited tickets, 2 selling channels, no credit card required
  • Professional: $39 per agent per month billed monthly, $29 per agent per month billed annually. Unlimited tickets and channels
  • Growth: flat $199 a month billed monthly, $159 a month billed annually. The pricing page includes 15 agent slots, but the homepage says 30 (see Before you commit)
  • The banner promises a "33% discount on all yearly plans", but the printed prices don't match it. Paying annually takes about 26% off Professional and about 20% off Growth
  • The page has an Annually/Monthly toggle and lists the annual cards first. Check the billing label next to any figure before you budget
  • The tiers cross at six agents. Six agents on Professional cost $234 a month billed monthly or $174 billed annually, which is more than Growth's $199 or $159. Teams of six to fifteen agents should price Growth first
  • The free plan stops at one agent and two channels. A second hire or a third marketplace moves you to $39 per agent per month billed monthly, charged for every agent
  • Collision detection and user permissions are listed on the one-agent free plan, where they do nothing. In practice the team features start with the second paid seat
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period. PayPal and credit cards are accepted. VAT is charged to Israeli customers only

AI pricing (bundled, not metered)

  • No separate AI price is published. AI Replies, AI Summary and AI Rephrase are listed as Professional features, covered by the $39 billed monthly or $29 billed annually per-agent price, and carry into Growth
  • No AI on the free plan
  • No usage allowance, per-resolution fee or spending cap is stated. Nothing says whether AI use is unlimited, so ask before you rely on it at peak volume
  • What it can't do, as far as the pages show: the three named features help agents draft, summarise and rewrite. No autonomous AI agent, AI-resolved ticket or AI-initiated order action is listed

Before you commit

  • Growth agent slots: the pricing page says 15 and the homepage says 30. Get the number in writing before you sign an annual contract
  • ReplyDesk doesn't publish what happens at agent 16 on Growth: whether you can add slots, and at what price
  • "Lifetime Historical Data" is a Growth feature. No page we read says how much history Essential and Professional keep. If you fight marketplace disputes months after the sale, ask this first
  • Priority support, a dedicated account manager and one hour of onboarding come only with Growth. The comparison table lists email support, but its per-plan ticks didn't come through in our read
  • Order actions appear on every plan, but no page says which actions work on which marketplace or cart. During the trial, test the refund and return flow on every channel you sell on
  • We found no security, compliance, SSO, data-residency or uptime information. Ask for it if procurement needs it

Who should buy

  • Sellers working several marketplaces at once, especially eBay, where case and return handling is on the free plan
  • Teams of six to fifteen agents who want a flat bill, since Growth costs less than per-seat Professional from the sixth agent
  • Solo sellers on one or two channels who need a real inbox and want to pay nothing

Who should skip it

  • Phone-first or chat-first support teams, since neither channel is listed
  • Brands that want a help center and self-service from the same vendor
  • Teams that want AI to resolve tickets or change orders on its own
  • Teams of more than 15 agents, until ReplyDesk publishes what Growth costs past its included slots
  • Buyers who need security documentation or a written uptime commitment before signing

How we checked this

Prices, plan contents and the FAQ come from ReplyDesk's pricing page, read on 2026-10-07. The page text includes both the annual and monthly toggle states, but we did not screenshot the rendered page. Channels and capabilities come from ReplyDesk's homepage, checked the same day. ReplyDesk's own pages contradict each other in two places. The homepage gives Growth 30 agent slots where the pricing page gives 15, and the "33% discount" banner doesn't match the annual prices printed under it. The homepage also shows a "Save $72" label on the free Essential plan. We could not explain it and have not treated it as a price. We could not verify headquarters, founding year, data retention on the lower plans, security and compliance, or uptime. No page we read states them, and our attempts to fetch more ReplyDesk pages failed. No review-site text was used.
