Our verdict
Vivantio does something nobody else in this directory does: every customer gets every feature, and the price varies by scale rather than by what you are allowed to use. That removes the whole game of working out which tier hides the thing you need. The trade is that there is no self-serve price at all - $49 to $99 per agent is a published range, and where you land in it comes from a sales conversation. It is also full ITSM rather than a customer service desk, which suits some buyers and is overkill for most DTC brands.
Vivantio inverts the usual model. Instead of three tiers where the thing you need sits in the expensive one, every customer gets every feature and the price moves with scale. That is a genuinely different answer to a problem every other vendor in this directory solves by gating, and it is worth understanding before you dismiss the lack of a fixed price.
What it does
- A full ITSM platform: incident, problem, change and asset management
- Service desk, CRM and reporting in the same product
- AI and automation across the platform
- 600+ built-in integrations, with a webhook/API bridge (FLEXBridge) for the rest
- Missing: a fixed, self-serve price
Pricing at a glance
- $49 to $99 per agent per month, billed annually. Also published in sterling at GBP 35 to 75
- All features at every price point. The range reflects scale and configuration, not a feature ladder
- Final price is by quote, with a response promised within one business day
- A self-guided tour is available without booking a call
- No free plan
Why the model matters
Every other vendor here makes you work out which tier contains the capability you need, and several of them put something important surprisingly high — data export, single sign-on, social channels, audit logs. Vivantio removes that question entirely. What you are negotiating is scale, not access.
The cost is transparency in the other direction: a range is not a price, and you cannot compare $49-to-$99 against a competitor's $55 without a conversation. Both models ask you to trust something. This one asks you to trust the quote rather than the tier chart.
Before you commit
- Establish where in the band you land early, since the spread is double
- This is ITSM. If you only need customer support, you are buying change and asset management you will never open
- No self-serve route, so budget for a sales cycle
Who should buy
- Teams that need ITSM and customer service in one platform
- Buyers who have been burned by discovering a needed feature two tiers up
- Organisations with a procurement process that expects a negotiated price anyway
Who should skip it
- DTC and ecommerce brands, who will use a fraction of it
- Anyone who wants to sign up and start today
- Teams who need a fixed number for a budget before engaging
How we checked this
The price range, the billing basis, the all-features-included model and the response commitment were read from Vivantio's own pricing page on 2026-09-25, which publishes both USD and GBP. Because Vivantio publishes a band rather than tiers, the directory records the bottom of that band as the starting price, with the full range noted. The integration count is Vivantio's own claim "over 600 built-in integrations" read from its integrations page on 2026-10-01.
Strengths
- All features at every price point. No tier gating, so nothing you need is locked behind an upgrade.
- The range is published - $49 to $99 per agent per month, and GBP 35 to 75 - which is more than the quote-only vendors offer.
- Both USD and GBP prices are shown, rather than redirecting by region.
- Full ITSM: incident, problem, change and asset management alongside the service desk.
- 600+ integrations and a self-guided tour without booking a call.
- A response within one business day is promised on the quote form.
Trade-offs
- No fixed price. Where you land in the $49 to $99 band is decided by a salesperson.
- It is an ITSM platform first, so a DTC brand is buying asset and change management it will never open.
- No free plan and no self-serve signup.
- A published range is still not a published price, so budgeting means talking to them.
