BlueTweak Review
AI support and contact center platform with ticketing for multi-brand operations.
- From:
- €65/agent/mo
BlueTweak sells itself as an AI customer support platform, but read the feature list and it is a contact-center suite. Email, chat, voice with IVR, social DMs, QA and surveys all come in one per-agent seat, and the AI is metered separately on top. The company is open about where it is heading: its About page calls it "humanless CCaaS", built on proprietary language models it hosts itself.

What it does
- One workspace for email, chat, voice and social messaging (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp), with one timeline per customer
- Voice is built in: IVR, call transcription, call summaries and call translation are all on the license list
- Translation in 100+ languages on email, chat and calls, plus summaries, sentiment, spam detection, email classification and intelligent routing, all in the seat price
- Skills-based routing, SLAs, macros, internal notes, contact forms, custom agent roles and "standard chatbots"
- Public knowledge base, survey platform, a Quality module, prebuilt and custom live analytics
- Native connectors listed for Shopify, Salesforce, UiPath and ElevenLabs, plus "Zendesk compatibility" for migration, and an open API with key-based access
- Integrations can be set up per brand and per team, which matters if you run several storefronts from one support team
- Missing: a documented Shopify workflow. A native Shopify connector is listed, but none of the pages we read say what an agent or the AI can do with an order
Pricing at a glance
| Plan | Billed monthly | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| BlueTweak | €65 | No minimum contract. |
Prices are an agent a month, in euros. Source: bluetweak.com/pricing, checked .
- One plan, priced per agent: €65 per agent per month, billing basis unconfirmed. The page has a "Billed Annually -10% / Billed Monthly" toggle, and the text we read does not say which state the €65 belongs to
- We have not published a second figure. The toggled price is not in the page text, and we do not work it out from the 10%
- One seat covers email, chat and voice plus the core platform; BlueTweak's pricing FAQ says you do not pay per channel
- AI add-ons are billed on top, per use (see below)
- No minimum contract, according to the pricing FAQ
- 14-day free trial, no card required
- One plan is listed. There is no free plan and no cheaper tier for part-time or light users
- Prices appear in euros only on the page we read
- The pricing page does not mention phone numbers or carrier call charges, even though voice is in the seat
AI pricing (published, metered on top of the seat)
- Conversational AI, chat: €0.20 per chat session, billed only when the AI fully resolves the conversation without a human
- Conversational AI, voice: €0.09 per minute, billed only when the AI completes the call without an agent stepping in
- AI Proposed Reply, tickets: €0.40 per email thread, billed whenever an agent uses an AI-generated email reply. This one bills on use, not on outcome
- The meter worth modelling is Proposed Reply. An agent who uses it on 40 threads a day for 21 working days runs up 840 threads, or €336 a month, more than five times the €65 seat
- Not metered: translation, summaries, sentiment, routing, spam detection, classification and call transcription are listed inside the license
- Add-ons can be switched on and off at any time. The pricing page does not mention a monthly spending cap
- BlueTweak says it runs its own proprietary LLMs and hosts the models itself
- What it can't do: not established. None of the pages we read say whether the conversational AI can take actions such as cancelling, refunding or editing an order, or whether it only answers questions
Before you commit
- BlueTweak's own pages contradict each other on what €65 buys. The homepage FAQ says WFM, QA and AI are included at €65 with "no usage-based surprises for core platform features". The pricing page meters two of the three AI products, and workforce management is not on its license list. Get it in writing whether WFM comes with the seat
- Confirm which billing toggle the €65 belongs to before you build a budget around it
- Ask for a demo of the Shopify connector with a real order: lookup, refund, cancel, address change. No public page we read describes it
- API documentation is released during evaluation, not published, so if you are planning custom integrations, allow time for that before the trial clock runs out
- Hosting is described only as "a leading enterprise cloud platform". Local infrastructure is "available on request", while the pricing page lists "data location options" as included
- ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant. The DPA is offered to "enterprise customers on request", so a smaller shop should check it qualifies
- BlueTweak says most teams go live within four weeks with a phased migration. That is quick for a contact center but slow for a DTC team used to switching desks in a weekend
- The channel list varies from page to page. One FAQ adds WeChat, the integrations page lists only Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, and HubSpot is named as a connector on the homepage but not on the integrations page
Who should buy it, and who should skip it
Who should buy
- Ecommerce teams that take phone calls as well as email and chat, and are paying for a separate voice tool today
- Teams supporting several European markets, where translation on every channel is in the seat, prices are in euros and ISO 27001 is on paper
- Multi-brand operations that want one team on one platform, with integrations configured per brand
- Teams that want chat and voice AI billed only when it actually resolves something
Who should skip it
- Shopify brands where most tickets are order changes and agents need to refund or edit from the ticket on day one. Until a demo shows the connector doing it, assume it doesn't
- One- or two-person shops looking for a free plan, a cheap light-user seat or same-week setup
- Teams that need a hard monthly ceiling on AI spend, since no cap is mentioned
- Buyers whose security review needs public API docs or a named cloud provider before talking to sales
How we checked this
Everything here was read from BlueTweak's own pages on 2026-10-06: the homepage, pricing, About, Security, integrations and social messaging pages. The €65 seat price and the three AI rates are in the pricing page text, but the annual/monthly toggle is not, so we cannot yet say which billing basis the €65 is. We have asked for screenshots of both toggle states and will update this line when we have them. The workforce management page timed out, so what we say about WFM rests on the homepage and pricing page, which disagree. We did not read the conversational AI feature pages or a status page, and we found no headquarters or founding year on the pages we read. Where BlueTweak's pages contradict each other, on WFM, metered AI, WeChat and HubSpot, we have recorded the conflict rather than picking the more flattering version. No review-site text was used.
