Prices are an agent a month, in US dollars. Source: hiverhq.com/pricing/hiver-omni, checked .
Hiver Omni charges per user per month on three plans, and its AI Agents and AI Copilot sit inside that seat price on all of them. The bill grows around that seat price. Seats are sold in blocks, and voice is a separate seat with its own minutes. Every figure here is for Hiver Omni. Hiver in Gmail is a separate product on its own pricing tab, so check which one a quote covers before you compare it with anything.
How the billing works
- Every plan is priced per user, per month, in US dollars
- Annual billing takes exactly $10 off each plan: Growth $35 billed monthly or $25 billed annually, Pro $65 or $55, Elite $95 or $85
- Because the discount is a flat $10, it is worth about 29% on Growth, 15% on Pro and 11% on Elite
- Seats come in steps. Hiver's FAQ says every plan starts at 2 seats, then goes to 5, then rises in fives (10, 15, 20 and so on), so a team of seven pays for ten seats
- Only the Growth card has a "Start free trial" button. The Pro and Elite cards offer "Book a demo" only, and Hiver marks Pro "Most Popular"
What each plan adds
- Growth covers email, live chat, WhatsApp, SMS and self-service in one workspace, a shared inbox with ticketing, rule-based automations, pre-built analytics, and round-the-clock support from Hiver over email and chat. The comparison table ticks Slack alerts, Shopify, WooCommerce, Asana, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Copper and QuickBooks on Growth
- Growth's limits: 10 users, 2 shared inboxes, 10 automations per shared inbox and 2 custom fields. Pro lifts users to unlimited, shared inboxes to 5, automations to 20 per inbox and custom fields to 10
- Pro adds a customer portal, Slack channel management, SLAs, CSAT surveys, custom reports and dashboards, API access, and premium integrations. The Pro card names Asana, Shopify and CRMs, but the comparison table further down ticks Shopify, Asana, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive on Growth too, and starts HubSpot, NetSuite and Salesforce on Pro. Ask Hiver which one applies before you pay for Pro for Shopify alone
- Elite adds AI QA (automatic scoring of your team's replies), AI Insights, customer sentiment and churn signals, skill-based routing, custom objects, and SSO, HIPAA-compliant handling and custom roles
- Hiver's FAQ says higher tiers unlock more channels. In the comparison table, email, live chat, WhatsApp, SMS and web forms are on every plan, Slack channels and the customer portal start on Pro, and voice is an add-on on all three. Social channels appear in the FAQ and not in the table
AI is in the seat price
- AI Agents are marked "ALL PLANS". Hiver says they triage, resolve requests and act across connected tools, such as looking up orders and issuing refunds, and pause for approval on actions you mark sensitive
- AI Copilot, Skills and the AI Knowledge Builder are on Growth as well
- Hiver prices its AI only through the seat. The pricing page names no per-resolution fee or usage limit for it. Compare Zendesk, which bills automated resolutions past a small monthly allowance on top of the seat. Get the absence of a cap in writing before you plan headcount around the AI
The voice add-on
- $30 per voice seat a month, available on every plan and sold through a demo
- Each voice seat includes 1,000 minutes a month, and the minutes are pooled across all your voice seats
- Past the pool, calls cost $0.03 a minute
- Call recordings, transcripts, AI call summaries and call notes are included
- The $30 stays the same when you switch the page between annual and monthly billing
Which plan fits which team
- Growth suits a small team on email, chat and WhatsApp that doesn't need SLAs or CSAT surveys. Five seats cost $125 a month billed annually. Growth stops at 10 users and 2 shared inboxes, so a team that expects to pass ten agents should price Pro from the start
- Pro is the realistic floor for a team that reports against response-time targets or needs HubSpot or Salesforce data
- Elite earns its extra $30 a seat when you need SSO, HIPAA handling or skill-based routing, or when a QA lead is scoring tickets by hand today
- The 7-day trial opens on Elite, so note which features your team actually used before you pick a plan
A worked example: seven agents on Pro
A seven-person ecommerce team that reports against response-time targets, wants CSAT surveys and has two people taking calls:
- Seats: seven agents round up to 10 seats
- Pro billed annually: 10 × $55 = $550 a month, or $6,600 a year
- Three of those seats are spare, which is 3 × $55 = $165 a month at Pro's annual rate
- Voice: 2 voice seats × $30 = $60 a month, with 2,000 pooled minutes
- Total: $610 a month, or $7,320 a year
- A busy month of 2,600 call minutes adds 600 × $0.03 = $18
- Billed monthly instead, the same team pays 10 × $65 + $60 = $710 a month, or $8,520 over a year
- On Growth billed annually the seats would be 10 × $25 = $250 a month, so Pro costs $300 a month more. That buys SLAs, CSAT surveys, custom reports and the API
- Ten is also Growth's user limit, so on Growth this team could add three people and no more
Before you sign
- Ask whether annual billing is paid upfront, and how the seat steps work when you add one person mid-term
- Ask whether voice seats follow the same 2, 5, then fives steps as plan seats. The pricing page states the steps for plan seats only, and the example above assumes two voice seats can be bought on their own
- Hiver's trial FAQ says you pick a plan and pay by card when the trial ends, so ask whether Pro and Elite can be bought that way or only through sales
- Ask which plan includes Shopify, since the Pro card lists it as a premium integration and the comparison table ticks it on Growth
- Ask which plan social channels are on, since the comparison table doesn't list them
- Hiver's security FAQ says the company is HIPAA compliant, while the Elite card lists HIPAA-compliant handling. If you handle health data, get the plan requirement in writing
- On Microsoft 365, the FAQ says Hiver Omni works with Gmail, Outlook and other email providers
- Nonprofits can get a discount through a demo, and Hiver says it migrates your data from another help desk at no extra cost
- No free plan appears on the pricing page. The trial needs no card, and an account that isn't upgraded is suspended when the trial ends, with 7 days to reactivate by upgrading
How we checked this
- Plan names, prices and both billing bases come from our plan records, read from Hiver's own Hiver Omni pricing page (https://hiverhq.com/pricing/hiver-omni)
- We rendered the same page on 2026-10-29 and read the plan cards, the feature descriptions, the voice add-on terms and the FAQ answers
- On 2026-10-29 we also read the page's HTML for the plan comparison table: which plans each channel and integration is ticked on, and the usage limits for users, shared inboxes, automations and custom fields
- Zendesk's allowance of 5 to 10 automated resolutions per agent a month comes from our feature records, read from Zendesk's own pricing page (https://www.zendesk.com/pricing/)
- Hiver in Gmail has its own pricing tab (https://hiverhq.com/pricing/hiver-in-gmail) and is not covered on this page
