Prices are an agent a month, in US dollars. Source: edesk.com/pricing, checked .
eDesk charges per agent, per month, and the plan you need is set by how many online stores and marketplaces you connect. On top of the seats sits one usage meter, $0.99 for each ticket its AI Agent handles, plus three optional add-ons with published prices. The plan table above carries the seat figures and the date we last checked them.
How the plans differ
- Essential: 1 connected store or marketplace. $49 billed monthly, $39 billed annually, per agent per month
- Growth: 5 stores. $115 billed monthly, $89 billed annually. Adds performance reporting, CSAT surveys, roles and permissions (eDesk notes an additional fee may apply), and auto-responder and SLA timers
- Professional: 10 stores. $149 billed monthly, $119 billed annually. Adds custom dashboards, assisted onboarding and 2 free read-only users. eDesk marks it Most Popular
- Enterprise: unlimited stores and channels, multi-brand views, a dedicated account manager and unlimited read-only users. Quoted through sales
- On every plan: the AI Agent, a shared inbox, email, live chat and social channels, order and customer data sync, and 24/7 support from eDesk
- eDesk's pricing grid puts CSAT surveys on Growth, but the row description on the same page says Professional and higher. Confirm with eDesk before buying Growth for CSAT
The store count decides the tier
- A second storefront moves you from Essential to Growth. That is $50 more per agent per month billed annually ($89 less $39), or $66 more billed monthly ($115 less $49)
- A sixth store moves you to Professional, another $30 per agent billed annually or $34 billed monthly
- The pricing page doesn't say how regional marketplaces count, such as Amazon in two countries. Ask eDesk before you choose, because it can decide the tier
- A single-store brand on Essential gives up performance reporting, CSAT surveys and SLA timers. For a team that reports on response times, that pushes it to Growth anyway
What the seat price leaves out
- AI Agent outcomes: $0.99 each. eDesk charges one when the AI answers the customer or takes action for them, once per ticket however many messages it takes. No reply and no action means no charge
- AI Assist: $30 per agent per month, for suggested replies, tone adjustments and drafting inside the ticket
- Translate: $19 per agent per month, for AI translation
- Feedback: $99 per account per month, for automated review requests on Google and marketplaces
- Phone: eDesk Talk has its own product page and no published price there or on the pricing page. Call recording, transfers and voice menus come through the Aircall integration
- The pricing page doesn't mention a seat minimum
What AI outcomes add
- One Growth seat billed annually costs the same as about 90 outcomes ($89 ÷ $0.99 = 89.9)
- The pricing page shows no included allowance and no monthly cap, so this line grows with every ticket the AI replies to or acts on
- An outcome is charged when the AI replies or acts on a ticket, and the page doesn't say a later hand-off to an agent cancels it. So the bill tracks AI activity rather than tickets taken off your team. Forecast it from the share of your tickets that are simple order questions
A worked example
A six-agent team selling on Amazon, eBay and Shopify connects three stores, so it needs Growth.
- Seats billed annually: 6 × $89 = $534 a month, $6,408 a year
- Seats billed monthly: 6 × $115 = $690 a month, $8,280 a year
- Annual billing saves this team $1,872 a year
- Assume the AI Agent settles 800 tickets a month: 800 × $0.99 = $792 a month
- AI Assist for all six agents: 6 × $30 = $180 a month
- Total on annual billing: $534 + $792 + $180 = $1,506 a month, or $18,072 a year
At that volume the AI meter costs more than the seats. That is the line to model first.
Annual billing and changing plans
- The toggle says 20% off annual. Worked out per plan it is 20% on Essential and Professional and nearer 23% on Growth ($89 against $115)
- Per agent per year, annual billing saves $120 on Essential, $312 on Growth and $360 on Professional
- eDesk's FAQ says refunds are not given for cancellations or downgrades, and the account stays active until the next payment date. On an annual plan, a mid-year downgrade returns nothing
- Adding or removing agents is done by asking your account manager or eDesk support
The free trial
- 14 days, no credit card, on eDesk's most comprehensive plan with every add-on switched on
- So you are testing more than Essential or Growth includes. Note which features you came to rely on before you pick a cheaper plan
- The trial runs in Safe Mode, where messages are not stored or sent until you turn it off. A Safe Mode trial won't show what the AI Agent would bill on live tickets
- The 30-day eDesk Guarantee: if eDesk doesn't start reducing your support workload within 30 days, you don't pay
Which plan fits which team
- One store and a small team that doesn't report on SLAs: Essential
- Two to five stores, or a team that needs performance reporting and SLA timers: Growth. If CSAT surveys are the reason, confirm with eDesk first, since its own page also lists them as Professional and higher
- Six to ten stores, or a manager who needs to look in without a paid seat: Professional
- Several brands or more than ten stores: Enterprise, and expect a sales conversation
How we checked this
- Plan names, both billing bases, store limits, plan gates, the AI outcome price and definition, add-on prices, trial terms and the billing FAQ: eDesk's pricing page, https://www.edesk.com/pricing/, read 2026-10-29. It matched the pricing monitor's reading of 2026-10-23
- eDesk Talk: https://www.edesk.com/talk/, read 2026-10-29
- The percentages, savings and worked example are our arithmetic on those figures. The 800 outcomes a month is an assumption for illustration
- Enterprise is recorded as quoted because no figure is published. Prices change; the last-verified date in the plan table is the one to trust
