Prices are an agent a month, in US dollars. Source: hubspot.com/pricing/service, checked .

HubSpot Service Hub prices by the seat, and every paid seat sits on the same customer record that HubSpot's marketing and sales tools use. The seat price is only part of the bill. Professional and Enterprise carry a required one-time onboarding fee, the AI agent runs on credits, and the "Pay Monthly" option on Professional still signs you up for a year.

How the billing works

  • Per seat, per month, in US dollars. Every paid figure on HubSpot's page is labelled "starts at"
  • Starter is $10 a seat paying monthly, with a monthly commitment, or $7 billed annually ($84 a seat a year). A $20 list price is shown struck through beside both
  • Professional is $100 a seat paying monthly or $90 billed annually ($1,080 a seat a year). Both options commit you for twelve months
  • Enterprise is $150 a seat billed annually ($1,800 a seat a year), bought through sales
  • Starter runs on Core Seats; Professional and Enterprise on Service Seats
  • View-only seats cost nothing on any plan, so managers who only read tickets don't need a paid seat
  • Free covers up to two users with no card, and keeps HubSpot branding on live chat and meeting links

What each plan adds

  • Starter: ticketing, calling with 500 minutes and one HubSpot number, Agent Hub and Agent Builder, branding removed from chat, 500 credits a month
  • Professional: the customer agent (HubSpot's AI agent), Help Desk Workspace, one knowledge base of up to 2,000 articles, customer portal, feedback surveys, WhatsApp up to 1,000 messages a month, 3,000 calling minutes and up to three numbers, 3,000 credits
  • Enterprise: conditional SLAs, skill-based routing, capacity limits, customer journey analytics, a standard sandbox, 12,000 calling minutes, up to five numbers (not in every country), up to 100 knowledge bases, 5,000 credits

What the headline price leaves out

  • Professional Onboarding is $1,500, one-time and required, and the price shown excludes it. Enterprise Onboarding is $3,500
  • On a two-seat Professional team billed annually, the fee adds 69% to year one: $2,160 in seats plus $1,500
  • The Starter discount has no stated end date. HubSpot's product catalog lists the Starter Core Seat at $20 a month, the struck-through figure, so ask what the seat costs at renewal
  • AI use past the included credits, at $0.010 a credit (below)
  • Startups and nonprofits can apply for discounted pricing through HubSpot for Startups and HubSpot for Nonprofits

How the AI is billed

  • The customer agent needs Professional or Enterprise
  • It uses 50 credits per resolved text conversation and 50 credits per minute of voice, which is in beta. At $0.010 a credit, both come to $0.50
  • HubSpot counts a resolution when the agent handled the conversation and it wasn't handed to a human rep for 72 hours, or when the agent qualifies a lead
  • Included credits each month: 500 on Starter, 3,000 on Professional, 5,000 on Enterprise. Professional's allowance covers 60 resolutions and Enterprise's 100
  • Credits reset monthly and unused ones don't roll over
  • Other AI features draw on the same pool, at 10 credits per data agent response and 10 per AI action in a workflow
  • With more than one HubSpot product you get the largest single allowance, and the allowances don't add up
  • Extra credits come in packs of 1,000 for $10, which raise your limit for the rest of the term, or pay-as-you-go at the same rate for the current month only
  • The pricing page lets you cap what each feature can spend. Set the cap before switching the agent on
  • Buying at least one Professional or Enterprise seat gives 14 days of unlimited customer agent use

What five agents cost

Five agents on Professional, billed annually, with the customer agent resolving 300 conversations a month:

  • Seats: 5 × $90 = $450 a month, $5,400 a year
  • Onboarding: $1,500 once
  • AI: 300 × 50 = 15,000 credits a month, less 3,000 included, leaves 12,000 × $0.010 = $120 a month, $1,440 a year
  • First year: $5,400 + $1,500 + $1,440 = $8,340. Year two, without onboarding: $6,840
  • Paying monthly on Professional makes the seat line 5 × $100 × 12 = $6,000, still on a twelve-month commitment. That is $600 more over the year for spreading the payments
  • The same five agents on Starter: 5 × $7 × 12 = $420 a year billed annually, or 5 × $10 × 12 = $600 paying monthly, with no AI agent
  • On Enterprise: 5 × $150 × 12 = $9,000 plus $3,500 onboarding, $12,500 in year one before any AI use

Which plan fits which team

  • Starter suits a small team that already runs HubSpot for marketing or sales and needs shared tickets, calling and unbranded chat. It is the only paid plan you can leave month to month
  • Professional is the step once you want the AI agent, a knowledge base or WhatsApp. Put the $1,500 fee into year one and price your expected AI volume at $0.50 a resolution before comparing it with another desk
  • Enterprise is for larger teams that need skill-based routing, conditional SLAs or capacity limits
  • In our view, a support team with no other HubSpot product pays the onboarding fee and the seat price without the shared customer record that justifies them, and should price a dedicated help desk alongside it
