Prices are an agent a month, in US dollars. Source: gmelius.com/pricing, checked .

Gmelius charges per user per month, and its pricing page prints every price twice, billed yearly and billed monthly. The AI assistants are part of the seat price. What moves the bill is which plan your whole team sits on, because Gmelius puts every member of a team on the same plan.

How the plans differ

  • Meli, $21 a user a month billed monthly or $19 billed yearly: a personal AI assistant for one Gmail inbox. It drafts replies, sorts mail, schedules meetings and follows up. It has no shared inboxes, shared templates or analytics, and stops at 5 users
  • Growth, $33 billed monthly or $25 billed yearly: the first plan a support team can run on. Unlimited shared inboxes and shared labels, automation rules, round-robin and load-balanced assignment, SLA rules, shared templates and reports with 3 months of history. Up to 50 users
  • Pro, $50 billed monthly or $40 billed yearly: adds the HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, webhooks, custom user permissions, teams, CSV export and 12 months of reporting history. No user limit
  • Enterprise: custom quote with a minimum of 50 users. Adds bespoke AI assistants, custom integrations and reports, user provisioning, a HIPAA BAA and an uptime SLA
  • The plan table above carries the current prices for Meli, Growth and Pro, and the date we last checked each one

The usage caps

The pricing page lists monthly caps on every plan. It does not say what happens when a team reaches one, and it publishes no overage price.

  • Email conversations: up to 5,000 on Meli, 10,000 on Growth, 100,000 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise
  • Rule executions: none on Meli, 10,000 on Growth, 100,000 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise
  • Custom AI labels: 5, 10, 20 and 100
  • A conversation is a Gmail thread added to a Gmelius workspace, such as a shared inbox or a shared label
  • If every rule that fires counts as one execution, three rules on each new thread use Growth's 10,000 executions at about 3,300 threads a month, well before its conversation cap
  • Ask Gmelius how both caps are counted and enforced before you plan a busy season on Growth

One plan for the whole team

  • Gmelius's pricing FAQ says all members of a team must be on the same plan.
  • If one person needs Pro, for CRM records beside the email, webhooks or CSV exports, every seat is billed at Pro
  • Growth stops at 50 users and Enterprise starts at 50, so a team of 51 or more chooses between Pro and a quote
  • A user is any Gmail or Google Workspace account on the subscription, and accounts from other domains can be invited

What the seat price leaves out

  • The pricing page lists no AI fee per resolution or per interaction. The AI assistants come with the seat, inside the caps above
  • Email is the only channel. Live chat, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, social messages, a contact form and a customer-facing help centre are absent at every price
  • There is no built-in CSAT survey. Gmelius sends surveys through Nicereply, a separate survey tool, and the pricing page lists that integration from Pro
  • No ecommerce platform appears on Gmelius's integrations list, so order details do not show beside the conversation. For a store whose tickets are mostly about orders, that is a cost in agent time the price never shows

What an 8-person team pays

  • Growth billed yearly: 8 × $25 = $200 a month, $2,400 a year
  • Growth billed monthly: 8 × $33 = $264 a month, $3,168 a year
  • Yearly billing saves $768 a year on Growth, about 24%
  • Pro billed yearly: 8 × $40 = $320 a month, $3,840 a year, so moving the team up costs $1,440 a year
  • The yearly saving is smaller on the other plans: 20% on Pro ($50 to $40) and about 10% on Meli ($21 to $19)
  • Non-profits, NGOs and schools get 30% off Growth, Pro and Enterprise on yearly billing for 5 to 19 users, and 50% off from 20 users. The same 8-person team on Growth would pay $17.50 a seat, $140 a month

Which plan fits which team

  • We would not run a shared support address on Meli. Once a second person answers the queue you need Growth
  • Growth billed yearly suits a Gmail team of 2 to 50 that stays under the caps and does not need CRM data in the inbox
  • Pro is worth the extra $15 a seat over Growth on yearly billing when you need HubSpot or Salesforce context, permissions by client or department, or a year of reporting history
  • Above 50 users, Pro covers most teams. Enterprise is for buyers who need user provisioning, a HIPAA BAA or an uptime SLA

Trial and payment

  • Signing up gives 7 days on Growth. At the end you choose a plan and pay, or the account is suspended
  • The Pro trial is on request rather than self-serve
  • Any plan can be paid by card. Yearly subscriptions can be invoiced and paid by bank transfer
  • Gmelius bills in US dollars or euros. The pricing page prints dollar prices only
