Prices are an agent a month, in euros. Source: dixa.com/pricing, checked .

Dixa prices per agent, in euros, on three plans, and its entry plan already carries the phone stack (IVR, call recording, callback, voicemail) that many help desks sell as a contact-center add-on. The seat price is the predictable part of the bill. The AI agent is metered per conversation, and voice usage and most add-ons have no published price, so get those quoted before you sign.

How the billing works

  • Per agent, per month, in euros. The pricing page also has a GBP toggle and publishes no USD prices
  • Billed monthly: Growth €109, Ultimate €169, Prime €215 per agent per month
  • Billed annually: Growth €89, Ultimate €139, Prime €179 per agent per month
  • The page opens on the annual rate, which is why €89 is the figure in its title
  • Dixa labels annual billing "Save 20%". On its own figures the saving is €20, €30 and €36 an agent a month, which is 18% on Growth, 18% on Ultimate and 17% on Prime
  • No self-serve trial and no checkout. Every plan is bought through a demo, and Dixa says most teams go live in two to four weeks
  • No minimum seat count or contract term is published. Dixa says it is built for mid-market teams and scopes each deal on a call

How the plans differ

  • Growth: every channel (phone, email, forms, chat, social), knowledge base, the Mim AI agent, intelligent routing, IVR, call recording, callback and voicemail, SLAs, agent teams and custom workloads, and native Shopify and Klaviyo integrations plus 35 more
  • Ultimate adds skills-based routing, routing with external data, advanced automations, sandbox access, standard AI intent detection, knowledge-centered service and third-party AI integrations
  • Prime adds SSO, Advanced Insights, advanced AI intent detection, custom user roles, auto redaction, multiple organizations, queue and claim restrictions, enterprise API limits and outbound email templates. Dixa marks it "Most Popular"
  • Growth to Ultimate costs €50 more per agent a month billed annually (€60 billed monthly)
  • Ultimate to Prime costs €40 more per agent a month billed annually (€46 billed monthly)
  • Mim on voice calls is listed as beta on Dixa's AI agent page

What the seat price leaves out

  • Mim AI agent: €0.40 per conversation, usage only, with no allowance and no per-seat charge. Dixa says the rate is the same whether Mim resolves the conversation or hands it to an agent
  • AI Co-Pilot (reply suggestions, summaries, drafts, translation, spellcheck): €39 per seat. The pricing page gives no billing period on that line, so ask whether it is monthly
  • Voice usage: Dixa's own bundle comparison quotes seat prices "before AI and voice usage", and no call or phone-number rates are published. Number porting and new numbers are handled inside Dixa
  • Priced on request on every plan: Voice Transcription, Quality Assurance, AI Auto QA, Seasonal Agent and Collaboration User
  • Priced on request below Prime: SSO and Advanced Insights, both included on Prime
  • The add-on section of the pricing page lists Mim AI Agent among the add-ons, while the FAQ says Mim is in every plan. Ask Dixa to confirm in writing that €0.40 a conversation is the only Mim charge
  • The FAQ also says "a customer giving up never counts as a billed outcome" without defining a billable conversation. Ask whether a conversation Mim only greets, a reopened thread, or a customer who leaves mid-chat counts

A worked example: 10 agents on Growth

Assumptions: 10 agents billed annually, Co-Pilot on every seat (taken as €39 a month), and 3,000 conversations a month sent to Mim.

  • Seats: 10 × €89 = €890 a month
  • Co-Pilot: 10 × €39 = €390 a month
  • Mim: 3,000 × €0.40 = €1,200 a month
  • Total: €2,480 a month, or €29,760 a year, before voice usage and any quoted add-on
  • Billed monthly, the seats are 10 × €109 = €1,090, for a total of €2,680 a month
  • The same team on Ultimate pays 10 × €139 = €1,390 for seats, €500 a month more than Growth
  • In this example Mim is 48% of the bill, so how many conversations you route to it moves the total more than the plan you pick

Which plan fits which team

  • Growth suits a phone-and-email ecommerce team that routes by queue and team. Ask what "Intelligent Routing" can route on before you assume it covers agent skills, because skills-based routing is listed from Ultimate
  • Ultimate suits teams that route by agent skill or on data held outside Dixa, and anyone who wants a sandbox to test flows before they reach customers
  • Prime suits teams that need SSO, custom user roles, auto redaction or more than one organization
  • If SSO is the only Prime feature you need, price it both ways. At 20 agents billed annually, Prime costs €800 a month more than Ultimate (20 × €40). If Dixa quotes SSO on Ultimate for less, Ultimate is the cheaper route
  • Small shops will find the buying process heavy for a few seats. Dixa says it is structured for mid-market teams, and there is no trial to test it on your own queue first

How we checked this

  • Dixa's pricing page, https://www.dixa.com/pricing/, read on 2026-10-29: plan prices in both billing views, the "Save 20%" label, the plan comparison table, the add-on list, the Mim and Co-Pilot rates and the FAQ
  • The plan prices match the tiers our pricing monitor verified from the same rendered page on 2026-10-09

  • Dixa's AI agent page, https://www.dixa.com/ai-agent, read on 2026-10-29: Mim's channels and the voice beta
  • Prices are shown in euros as Dixa publishes them and are never converted. Where Dixa's own pages disagree, on whether Mim is included or an add-on, we recorded the conflict.
