Creatio Service Review
No-code CRM service app with case management and AI agents for mid-size and large firms.

Creatio Service is the customer service module of Boston-based Creatio's no-code CRM and workflow platform. It is sold next to Creatio's Sales and Marketing products, not as a standalone help desk. Creatio now calls it an "agentic service platform": named AI agents sort, route and help resolve cases, and SLA monitoring and field work-order dispatch sit in the same system. The industries Creatio puts first (banking, credit unions, insurance, mortgage, manufacturing) tell you more about the intended buyer than the retail entry further down the list.

What it does
- Case management where AI creates, prioritises and resolves cases, summarises the customer's issue and suggests a resolution
- Five named AI agents: Case Resolution, Knowledge Base, Case Classification, Service Playbook and Next Best Action
- Triage that works out what the customer wants, then either resolves the inquiry or routes it to the right specialist
- A 360° customer view that pulls data from all channels into one place
- Omnichannel across "voice, chat, and digital channels", in Creatio's words
- AI chatbots and virtual assistants for round-the-clock self-service
- SLA monitoring that predicts breaches, recommends what to do and escalates
- A knowledge base that the AI agents curate, update and recommend articles from
- Field service: work orders sent to technicians based on skills, availability and location
- No-code visual designers (Freedom UI), so you build and change the service process yourself
- Missing from the pages we could read: a named channel list (email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and SMS are never spelled out) and any ecommerce or Shopify integration. Creatio has a Marketplace and a "connect to your existing tools" link; we did not check what is in either
Pricing at a glance
- Platform plan: Growth $40 per user per month, Enterprise $75 per user per month, Unlimited custom (service pricing page)
- The Service product adds $15 per user per month on top of the platform plan, so Enterprise with Service lists at $90 per user per month
- Growth and Enterprise start at 5 users (platform plans)
- New customers must buy at least $10,000 a year, and the standard contract term is 3 years
- Creatio calls the model "composable" and "value-based": you pick a platform plan and add products such as Service on top. AI packages are billed yearly on top of that
- The general pricing URL, creatio.com/pricing/, returned a 404 when we checked
- The site footer links to free trial terms. We did not read them, so trial length and limits are unverified
AI pricing
- Creatio publishes AI packages billed yearly: Start $5,000 (500,000 AI credits), Grow $25,000, Accelerate $75,000, Scale $150,000, and a custom Freedom tier. Extra 500,000-credit blocks cost $4,400 to $5,000 a year. Which package a service deployment needs is a sales question (AI packages)
- The service page promises "no limits on AI agents, workflows, or scale", and the site promotes an "Unlimited Enterprise" model. In practice AI is metered in credits: platform plans include some (200 per user on Growth, 400 per user on Enterprise, 10,000 per organization on Unlimited), and more are bought as annual AI packages (platform plans)
- With composable pricing, get this in writing: are the Case Resolution and Knowledge Base agents in your quote, or added on later?
- The pages we read don't say what the AI cannot do. Creatio says agents "execute the right workflows to close cases", but which actions that covers depends on what you build and connect
Before you commit
- List prices and the $10,000 a year minimum are published, so you can draft a budget the same day. At list price, 5 Enterprise users with Service come to $5,400 a year, so a small team's first contract is set by the minimum, not the seat count. The 3-year term, the AI package and partner implementation still need a quote
- Our view: this is a platform you configure, not a desk you switch on. Every process the no-code tools let you model is one someone has to build and maintain. Budget an internal owner or one of Creatio's partners before go-live, not after
- In the demo, confirm channels beyond "voice, chat, and digital", especially email, social DMs and WhatsApp
- None of the pages we read show agents working an ecommerce order. A DTC team should ask to see a Shopify order inside a case, with edit, refund and cancel, before signing
- Growth is cloud only; Enterprise and Unlimited run in the cloud or on-premise. Every plan lists SOC 2 Type II, and Enterprise adds HIPAA, SSO, LDAP and an audit log (platform plans). Data residency and uptime commitments were not on the pages we read. Ask for them in writing
Who should buy it, and who should skip it
Who should buy
- Companies already running Creatio for sales or marketing, so service shares the same customer record
- Service teams that also send out field technicians and want work orders and cases in one system
- Process-heavy or regulated operations (banking, insurance, public sector) that need to model their own case workflow and SLA rules
Who should skip it
- Small and mid-size Shopify brands where most tickets are about an order: nothing we read shows the desk working one
- Teams that want short commitments: the standard contract is 3 years, with a $10,000 a year minimum for new customers
- Anyone without an admin or partner to own a no-code build
- Teams that want a shared inbox running this week, not a service process designed over a quarter
How we checked this
Everything here was read from Creatio's own pages on 2026-10-06: the Creatio Service product page and the Creatio Service pricing page. The pricing page's text had no figures that day, because the plan table is drawn in JavaScript. On 2026-10-12 we rendered the service pricing page in Chrome and read the Growth, Enterprise and Service prices, the $10,000 a year minimum and the 3-year standard term from it. The general pricing URL returned a 404 on 2026-10-06. On 2026-10-12 we also read the platform plans page, the AI packages page and the contacts page, which give the AI package prices and credit allowances, the 5-user starting point, deployment options, SOC 2 Type II and the Boston headquarters (53 State Street). We could not verify Creatio's founding year, full channel list, integrations, data residency, uptime or trial terms, and we left them out rather than guess. Most capability bullets above are Creatio's own descriptions and have not been tested in a trial. No review-site text was used.
