easiware Review

Visit easiware

French customer service software with a strong focus on retail and ecommerce brands.

Facts checked:

easiware is customer service software built in Paris for consumer-facing teams. It puts agents in one shared workspace, and its AI layer, easiAI, sits on top. The main pitch is sovereignty: easiware says everything from data hosting to its own customer support stays in France. The sectors it names are brands, landlords, public bodies, and media and tourism, not any one ecommerce stack. This profile is short because we read only easiware's homepage, its Tarifs (pricing) page and its About page. Anything we could not check has been left out.

What it does

  • Brings contact channels into one agent interface. The Tarifs page puts email and web forms in Standard, and lists telephony, Facebook, Instagram, SMS, WhatsApp, live chat and review management as add-on modules
  • 360° customer view: interactions, history, context and profile together
  • Automation for repetitive tasks, structured processes, and shared answers so replies stay consistent
  • Real-time KPI reporting for finding friction points
  • easiAI sorts, adds context to and enriches incoming requests, and guides agents in real time
  • Integrations shown on the homepage include Axialys, Smart Tribune, Shipup, Diabolocom and Botmind. The full integrations page was not read
  • Offers are split by team size: under 10 agents, 11 to 50, and over 50
  • Missing from what we could read: no ecommerce platform is named among the homepage integrations, so in-ticket order actions are unverified

Prices are an agent a month, in euros. Source: easiware.com/tarifs, checked .

  • Standard: from €50 per user per month, recommended for teams of 1 to 10 agents. Email and web forms are included
  • Sur-mesure: priced on request, by number of users, for teams of more than 10 agents
  • Priced per user per month; the page doesn't say whether annual billing changes the rate
  • Channels and add-on modules change the price, according to the page's FAQ, which says the fee depends on the number of agents and the channels chosen
  • easiware.com/pricing/ returned a 404 on 2026-10-06. The prices are on the French "Tarifs" page, easiware.com/tarifs/
  • The homepage's main call to action is "Demandez une démo" (request a demo). No free trial or self-serve signup appears

AI pricing

  • The easiAI widget is listed in both plans. Whether the summaries, suggested replies and sentiment analysis cost extra is not stated. Ask whether they are billed separately, and on what meter
  • The homepage banner calls easiAI "l'agent IA" (the AI agent). The feature text describes triage, enrichment and real-time guidance for agents, with teams "gardant le contrôle" (keeping control)
  • What we could not confirm: whether easiAI ever replies to a customer on its own, or takes any action in another system

Before you commit

  • Get the full quote in writing. €50 is a starting price, and channels and add-on modules raise it
  • Get the channel list for your quote in writing. Standard covers email and web forms; social, messaging, SMS and telephony are add-on modules
  • Voice is an add-on telephony module, through Axialys, Ringover or Diabolocom. Ask whether that means a second contract with the telephony provider
  • The site is French-first. An English version exists, but the homepage doesn't say what language support or the agent interface is in
  • The headline results on the homepage (-40% handling time, 90% first-contact resolution, payback in six months) give no method or sample size. Treat them as marketing
  • easiware claims HDS certification and GDPR compliance. Ask what the certificate covers rather than assuming it covers every module

Who should buy it, and who should skip it

Who should buy

  • French consumer brands in retail, ecommerce, cosmetics or food that need customer data hosted in France
  • Teams handling health-related data, where HDS certification is required
  • Public bodies, landlords, and media and tourism businesses, which easiware names as target sectors
  • Support leads who want AI that helps agents rather than answering customers unsupervised

Who should skip it

  • Teams of more than 10 agents that want to compare prices before talking to sales: Sur-mesure is quote only
  • Shopify-first DTC stores that expect to edit orders and issue refunds inside the ticket. Nothing we read shows that
  • Teams outside France that need English-language support promised in writing, until easiware confirms it
  • Buyers who want AI to resolve tickets on its own today

How we checked this

The product description, sectors, integrations and headline results were read from easiware's homepage, easiware.com, on 2026-10-06. The pricing URL, easiware.com/pricing/, returned a 404 that day. Prices, channels, add-on modules and the easiAI widget come from easiware's Tarifs page, read on 2026-10-12. Prices are in euros, as the page shows them, and we did not take any from anywhere else. The 2008 founding year comes from the About page, read on 2026-10-12. We could not verify whether easiAI's features cost extra, how far it acts on its own, or support hours or language. The Paris headquarters comes from the address in the site footer. No review-site text was used.
