Fullcourt Review

Visit Fullcourt

Lightweight ecommerce help desk for DTC brands, with ticket assignment and live chat.

From:
Contact sales
Facts checked:

Fullcourt is a help desk for Shopify brands, and its pitch is speed. Its homepage promises no page loads, instant search and a ⌘K command menu so agents can handle most tickets from the keyboard. The product looks early by its own account: few integrations, AI marked "Coming Soon" and no published price. This profile sets out what Fullcourt's site says and what you will have to ask the vendor yourself.

Points against

Tick what describes you. We'll weigh it against this review.

What it does

  • Shared support inbox with triage, automation rules and collaboration tools (homepage)
  • Channels named on the site: email, live chat, and messages from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
  • Shopify integration that pulls customer and order data into the ticket in real time
  • ⌘K command menu to look up order history, change the assignee and issue refunds without leaving the conversation
  • Self-service knowledge base for customers
  • Speed claims (no page loads, instant search, real-time sync) are Fullcourt's own and were not tested
  • Missing: phone, SMS and WhatsApp are not mentioned. Shopify is the only ecommerce platform named, and no public API is mentioned

Pricing at a glance

  • Not published. fullcourt.co/pricing/ returned a 404 on 2026-10-07, and the site navigation has no pricing link
  • Treat it as contact sales. The homepage offers "Book a Demo" and "Get started for free"
  • "Get started for free" is a sign-up button. The site does not say whether that means a free plan or a trial, or how long it lasts
  • Billing basis is unknown: per agent or per ticket, monthly or annual, all unstated

AI pricing

  • None published, and there may be nothing to price yet. The homepage lists "AI-Powered Assistance" offering "24/7 help" next to a "Coming Soon" label
  • The layout leaves it unclear whether that label belongs to the AI block or the Helpdesk block after it. Until Fullcourt says otherwise, assume the AI is not generally available
  • If AI that resolves tickets on its own is part of why you are shopping, this desk does not offer it today

Before you commit

  • Get the price, the billing unit and any volume or overage terms in writing before you migrate. There is no public price to hold the vendor to
  • Ask exactly what "issue refunds" covers from the command menu: full refunds only, or also partial, line-item and shipping-only refunds. In a DTC refund queue the partials are a large share of the work. If they send agents back to Shopify admin, much of the speed advantage goes with them
  • Beyond email, Shopify and Facebook/Instagram/TikTok messages, the site lists no integrations, only "More integrations coming soon". If your returns portal, subscription app or 3PL has to appear inside the ticket, confirm it before you sign
  • The homepage has no security or compliance information (SOC 2, GDPR, data residency), no uptime figure and no status page link. Ask for them
  • No data export or migration terms are published. Ask how your conversation history gets out if you leave
  • Headquarters and founding year are not stated. The footer says only "Designed Worldwide"

Who should buy it, and who should skip it

Who should buy

  • Shopify brands whose tickets arrive by email, chat, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and nowhere else
  • Teams of fast agents who live on keyboard shortcuts and feel every second the ticket screen takes to load
  • Brands happy to be an early customer: negotiating price directly and pushing the roadmap through the Feature Requests page linked in the footer

Who should skip it

  • Stores on any platform other than Shopify, since Shopify is the only one named
  • Teams with heavy phone or SMS volume
  • Teams buying AI deflection this budget cycle
  • Buyers whose procurement process needs a published price, an uptime SLA or security documentation before a trial
  • Teams whose returns, subscription and loyalty apps need to show up inside the ticket

How we checked this

Everything above was read from Fullcourt's homepage (fullcourt.co) on 2026-10-07. The pricing page at fullcourt.co/pricing/ returned a 404 the same day. So no price, plan or billing basis is stated here, and none was taken from anywhere else. We could not fetch any other Fullcourt pages in this pass, which means documentation, a status page, security pages and the terms were not checked. Channels and integrations are listed as the homepage describes them; we did not test them. Two things on the homepage are unclear, and we record them as written rather than choosing the more flattering reading. First, the "Coming Soon" label sits between the AI and Helpdesk sections. Second, under "Keyboard Optimized" the copy says the platform can be navigated "without touching your keyboard", which we take to be a typo for mouse. No review-site text was used.
