Mojo Helpdesk is a cloud ticketing desk from Metadot in Austin, Texas, which says it has served support teams since 2006 and sells to IT departments and schools as much as to customer service. For an ecommerce team it is an email-and-portal ticket queue with a built-in AI drafting assistant, priced per agent with no AI meter. The pitch is "everything included"; the plan comparison table says otherwise in a few places that matter.

What it does

  • Email-to-ticket out of the box, or through your own mail server, plus a contact portal where customers log in to open, update or search their tickets (pricing, homepage)
  • Assign, prioritise and tag by hand or by rule; business rules and bots handle auto-responders and escalation (homepage)
  • Every plan lists canned responses, custom forms (Mojo's own examples include a Return/RMA request form), satisfaction surveys, time tracking, recurring tickets and Google integration (pricing)
  • Self-service knowledge base, with a suggester that offers articles (pricing)
  • Contact profiles with custom fields, user groups, and group access so a manager can see their group's tickets (homepage)
  • Internal staff notes, and asset management for laptops, licences and contracts, a sign of the IT-desk heritage (homepage)
  • Integrations named: Google Workspace, Zapier and Slack (homepage)
  • Missing: neither page we read describes live chat, social DMs, WhatsApp, SMS or phone as channels, or a Shopify or other store-platform integration. We read only two pages, so treat this as unconfirmed rather than proven absent, and ask Mojo directly

Pricing at a glance

Mojo Helpdesk plans and prices
PlanBilled monthlyWhat you get
Team$14Unlimited number of tickets but limited storage, queues, and automation.
Business$24Plenty of storage, queues, forms, triggers and automation.
Enterprise$34Unlimited agents.

Prices are an agent a month, in US dollars. Source: mojohelpdesk.com/pricing, checked .

  • Per agent, per month, unlimited tickets and contacts on every plan (pricing)
  • Team $14 per agent per month billed monthly, 25 agents max, "limited storage, queues, and automation"
  • Business $24 per agent per month billed monthly, 100 agents max
  • Enterprise $34 per agent per month billed monthly, unlimited agents
  • Mojo says annual billing saves 10%; schools and non-profits save 25% on yearly Business and Enterprise, and the two discounts do not stack
  • Team's storage, queue and automation limits are not quantified, nor are Enterprise's "increased quotas" for API, bots, SLAs, reporting and storage. Contact sales for the numbers
  • 21-day free trial, no credit card

AI pricing (none, which is notable)

  • Felix AI is included in every plan at no extra cost, according to both the homepage and the pricing page
  • No per-resolution or per-interaction charge is published, so there is nothing to forecast
  • What it does: drafts replies, summarises long threads, suggests knowledge base articles
  • Mojo says your data never trains a model
  • What it can't do: Mojo describes Felix as an assistant for agents. Neither page describes it answering customers unattended, or cancelling, editing or refunding an order. The trade-off for having no meter is that every ticket still needs a human to send the reply

Before you commit

  • "Everything included" has exceptions. Ticket merging, round-robin assignment, escalation rules, agent permissions, advanced SLA monitoring, a private knowledge base, advanced security and your own domain all start at Business, $10 more per agent per month than Team, billed monthly
  • Merging is the gate that hurts most in ecommerce. The customer who emails, then chases from a fresh thread, leaves two tickets, and on Team someone closes the duplicate by hand
  • Conflict on Mojo's own site: the homepage puts round-robin in its "every plan" feature list, while the pricing table puts it at Business and up
  • Advanced reporting, automated exports, a sandbox and the HIPAA BAA are Enterprise only. Without automated exports on the lower plans, plan how you would get your data out before you need to
  • The agent caps force upgrades: the 26th agent moves you to Business and the 101st to Enterprise
  • Phone support from Mojo starts at Business; priority support and a dedicated account manager are Enterprise
  • Not checked: uptime record, published SLA and data residency. We did not read the status or security pages

Who should buy it, and who should skip it

Who should buy

  • Small DTC teams whose support is mostly email, and who want AI drafting without a per-resolution bill
  • Businesses running customer service and an internal IT desk in one tool, with time tracking and asset management alongside tickets
  • Healthcare-adjacent sellers who need a signed BAA and can justify Enterprise
  • Teams already on Google Workspace

Who should skip it

  • Brands where live chat, Instagram or WhatsApp carry the volume
  • Shopify teams that expect to edit, cancel or refund an order from inside the ticket
  • Anyone who wants AI that closes tickets without an agent
  • Teams that need merging and round-robin but have budgeted for Team pricing

How we checked this

Everything here was read from two of Mojo Helpdesk's own pages on 2026-10-07: the homepage and the pricing page. The plan figures appear in the pricing page text and match the verified plans our pricing monitor read on 2026-10-09, which record them as monthly-billed prices; no yearly figure is on file. Plan inclusions come from the comparison table as read from the page text, where a dash marks a plan without the feature. Our attempts to read Mojo's Felix AI, e-commerce, security and status pages failed, so channel coverage, store integrations, uptime and data residency are unverified. Where the homepage and the pricing page disagree, on round-robin, we recorded the conflict rather than the more flattering reading. No review-site text was used.
