Multichannel Pro Review
Marketplace help desk inbox for Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Shopify sellers.
- From:
- Contact sales
Multichannel Pro is Threecolts' help desk for sellers whose customers write in through marketplaces, not through a site chat widget. Its pitch is narrow and specific. Messages from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and TikTok Shop land in one inbox, and the buyer's order, tracking and stock data sits next to each one. The vendor publishes no price for it, and its own pages leave open questions that a buyer should settle on the demo call.

What it does
- One inbox that collects and categorizes messages from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify and other marketplaces. The vendor claims more than 30 channel integrations
- Each message is linked to the buyer's order history across channels: buyer details, SKUs, tracking links and inventory levels
- For Amazon FBA and FBM orders it pulls fulfillment type, carrier and tracking from Seller Central, so "where's my package?" can be answered with one click
- One-click refunds, replacements and partial credits from inside the thread, as the product page describes them
- Rules auto-route, tag and prioritise tickets. Assignment and task tracking across the team
- Reporting on response times, resolution rates and customer satisfaction
- The vendor says it keeps the SLA metadata that Amazon, Walmart and eBay require
- Setup is described as 15 minutes of marketplace mapping with no custom development
- Missing: the product page does not mention email, live chat, social DMs, phone or SMS as channels. We could not confirm whether they are absent or just not described
Pricing at a glance
- No published price. Contact sales: the only route on the product page is "Book a Helpdesk Demo"
- Billing basis unknown. The vendor does not say whether you pay per seat, per ticket or per channel, or whether monthly and annual billing are both offered
- The product-specific pricing URL returned a 404 when we checked on 2026-10-07
- The Threecolts pricing page lists plans for Seller 365, Brands and the UniCon add-on. Its product selector offers Seller 365, Margin Pro, UniCon and Retail 365. None of those plans includes a help desk, so none of those figures is a Multichannel Pro price
- The product page offers a demo, not a free trial. The 14-day trials on the pricing page belong to other Threecolts products
AI pricing (not published)
- No AI price, allowance or per-resolution meter appears on the product page or the Threecolts pricing page
- What the vendor says the AI does: AI responders answer simple questions instantly and give the customer the option to reach a human. Agents can have it draft replies, which they approve or edit before sending
- The page also mentions "pre-approved replies for common questions". It does not say whether the AI picks from replies you wrote or generates its own
- What it can't do, as far as the pages show: no page says the AI can refund, replace or cancel by itself. The in-thread actions are described as agent actions
- From the desk: an auto-reply on marketplace messaging carries more risk than one on your own email. A wrong answer goes into the marketplace's record, not just your inbox, so ask which channels the AI can send on without an agent approving first
Before you commit
- Get the price in writing, including AI usage, user seats and any per-channel charge. Nothing is published to check a quote against
- The vendor's own page conflicts with itself. The FAQ says order data comes in over read-only API connections, while the same page promises one-click refunds and replacements inside the thread. Ask which marketplaces support in-thread refunds and what access you must grant for them
- The product's status is unclear. Multichannel Pro does not appear in the Threecolts product menu or the pricing selector, but a product called Onsite Support ("Turn every support ticket into an operational workspace") does. Ask whether this help desk is the product being sold today or is being folded into Onsite Support
- The page says order data appears "beside every ticket in any helpdesk". It is unclear whether that means a sidebar inside another help desk you already run. Ask, because it changes whether you are migrating at all
- The headline numbers (replies 75% faster, 4X faster first reply, 20% higher CSAT) come with no stated method or sample
- The success stories on the help desk page (BMW, Hoover, Where's That From, GSF Car Parts, LSH Auto) are about listings, inventory and order management. None of them is mainly about support
- Security certifications, data residency, SSO, roles, API, data export, migration and uptime are not covered on any page we read. The footer links to a system status page that we did not read
- We read the vendor's competitor comparison in the FAQ as marketing. It says Gorgias and Zendesk cannot process refunds inside the ticket. Check that against those vendors' own pages
Who should buy it, and who should skip it
Who should buy
- Sellers whose support volume is mostly Amazon, Walmart and eBay buyer messages, not site chat or email
- Amazon FBA and FBM sellers whose main ticket is "where is my order"
- Teams already paying marketplace penalties for late replies, where order lookup is the slow step
Who should skip it
- DTC brands selling mainly through their own Shopify store, where tickets arrive by email, chat and social. The product page does not document those channels
- Teams that need a published price to budget or compare against Gorgias or Help Scout
- Phone-first support teams
- Anyone whose procurement needs security documentation or an uptime commitment before a demo
- Buyers who want AI cost known up front
How we checked this
We read two pages on the vendor's own domain on 2026-10-07: the Multichannel Pro help desk page and the Threecolts pricing page. The product-specific pricing URL returned a 404 that day. The Threecolts pricing page renders and shows figures, but only for other Threecolts products. We did not carry any of them over, and no help desk price appears here. We could not fetch further vendor pages during this check, including the integrations list, knowledge base and system status page. So the 30-plus channel claim, the security posture and the product's relationship to Onsite Support are unverified. Where the vendor's own page contradicted itself, on read-only connections versus in-thread refunds, we recorded the conflict and did not pick the more flattering reading. No correction to an earlier version was needed; this is the first version. No review-site text was used.
